The Process
One of the primary goals in dispute resolution is to keep things as simple and clean as possible. As a non-profit, we believe everyone should have access to these services when the need arises, without having to worry about exorbitant hourly costs typically billed by attorneys or mediators. The process will involve an initial consultation with the party bringing the complaint. We will then assess the next steps. It may involve a simple letter or phone call to the other party, or a group video call with all parties present. A nominal fee of $25 will be billed to each side.
