Arbitration:
בית דין

The existence of the world is dependent on three things:  Justice, Truth, and Peace.  Without justice and the rule of law, the world cannot exist.  The primary reason G-d destroyed the world with a flood was because of widespread theft, and a total lack of justice.  Judges who uphold the rule of law prevent the destruction of the world, and are therefore considered "partners" with G-d in the creation of the world.  [טור ח"מ ס' א]

At Machon Mishpat Tzedek, we understand the incredible responsibility of judges to objectively and accurately adjudicate the true and precise interpretation and application of Torah law.

The Process

The first option in resolving disputes is always through mediation.  If one party is non-responsive, or if we are unable to come to a mutual agreement through mediation, we will assist in setting up a Din Torah.  Depending on the location of the parties and availability of Dayanim, we may refer the case to a local Bais Din.  If the case is adjudicated through Machon Mishpat Tzedek, a nominal fee of $100 will be billed to each side.
